Bookings

I will be available through-out the months of July and August ( 2008 ) for photo sessions, throughout the week and on weekends. Please include answers to the following questions should you wish to book a session:

1. Name
2. Email address
3. Contact details (e.g. phone number, email, etc.)
4. Location
5. Preferred date (please indicate whether your date is flexible or not) and time
6. Type of photography (family, teen, children, couple, event, etc.)
7. Do you have a location in mind? Please describe.
